Frequently Asked Questions.
The experience, the practice, and enrollment.
The Experience
What is the Results System?
A six-course app-based training experience combining mental fitness, execution practices, and evidence-based progression.
Who is it for?
People seeking a structured way to pursue meaningful goals—whether they often restart, have important goals competing for time, or want to turn learning into action.
Is it a motivational or productivity program?
Neither alone. It works on beliefs, identity, emotional regulation, structure, and measured behavior.
Is it therapy?
No. It is educational and behavioral training, not medical or psychological treatment.
Practice and Progression
What will I do?
Complete lessons and exercises in sequence, use the Daily Results Practice, complete scheduled Weekly Results Practice, and meet requirements as tools are introduced.
What if I miss a result?
Record what actually happened. Do not backfill or change a missed commitment into a completed one. Review the pattern and make permitted adjustments.
Will I use every tool immediately?
No. Tools and lessons unlock progressively.
How long does it take?
Courses 1–4 are planned around 12 weeks; the full first-time path around 15 weeks. Evidence and learning requirements may extend it.
What are Results Check-ins?
RC30, RC60, and RC90 are evidence-based checkpoints, not automatic promotions on specific dates.
What is Integrity Percentage?
The app calculates completion of planned results under the applicable rules. It is execution information, not a judgment of character.
What is XP?
Experience Points describe designated participation, not readiness, Integrity, or external outcomes.
Will I repeat all six courses?
No. Future Standard Sprint reruns use the operating system you’ve learned.
Is the Results Snapshot part of program evidence?
No. It is a separate, optional website self-reflection.
Enrollment
Does the program guarantee my result?
No specific external outcome is guaranteed.
What is included and what does it cost?
See the Begin page for the approved program offer, billing, access, and refund terms.
What happens after enrollment?
Follow the required introductory lessons, agreement, Baseline Survey, and schedule activation process; then begin eligible daily practice.
