A practical system for turning intention into action.

The Results System™ is a six-course, app-based training experience. It helps you understand what drives your behavior, build consistent execution, and use evidence to improve how you operate.

How it works

1 Learn.
Complete sequenced lessons and exercises.
2 Practice.
Plan actions, record completion, and review your week.
3 Build.
Add identity, scheduling, measurement, and environmental tools as the program progresses.
4 Advance on evidence.
Required learning and behavioral records—not elapsed time alone—govern applicable checkpoints.

The six courses

1

Foundation

See clearly.

Establish awareness, honesty, and accurate daily and weekly records.

2

Changing the Mind

Work on what drives behavior.

Explore beliefs, identity, and emotional regulation.

3

Stabilization

Continue when motivation changes.

Train consistency; optional state support never replaces execution.

4

Execution

Make action measurable.

Apply scheduling, measurement, and accountability without dependence.

5

Environment & Integration

Reduce friction.

Identify one environmental obstacle, test one change, and validate it with evidence.

6

Long-Term Operating System

Operate independently.

Maintain the practices, recognize drift, and run future execution cycles.

Timeline and expectations

Courses 1–4 form the planned initial 12-week sprint. The full first-time learning path is planned around approximately 15 weeks, including Courses 5 and 6. Actual progression can take longer.

Results Check-ins around 30, 60, and 90 days are evidence-based, not automatic calendar promotions. The initial sprint closes with qualifying RC90 evidence; the Environmental Audit, required Standard Sprint Reset, and long-term operating phase follow in sequence.

This requires participation: lessons, exercises, daily planning and evening records, and weekly reviews. The system does not execute on your behalf or guarantee a particular external outcome.
